What is AmCham Azerbaijan?

No. Any legal entity, branch or representative office of a legal entity in a good standing is eligible to be affiliated with AmCham

However, to be eligible for affiliation with the Chamber as an Associate, a candidate must:

be a legal entity doing business in Azerbaijan or any other country; and have a good business reputation; and belong to the category of small entrepreneurs under criteria defined by the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan – (currently according to the Decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan on approval of “Criteria on large, medium and small entrepreneurs” dated June 5, 2015, No 215 – http://e-qanun.az/framework/30115); and be considered appropriate by the Board of Directors, in accordance with objectives and duties under the AmCham Charter

Who can apply for membership? Only American Companies?
