A. Be a legal entity doing business in Azerbaijan or any other country; and

B. Have a good business reputation; and C. Belong to the category of small entrepreneurs under criteria defined by the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan - (currently according to the Decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan on approval of “Criteria on large, medium and small entrepreneurs” dated June 5, 2015, No 215 - http://e-qanun.az/framework/30115); and D. Be considered appropriate by the Board of Directors, in accordance with objectives and duties under the AmCham Charter
